Welcome to Global Critique Panel, a market research access panel owned and operated by Global Critique Service Pvt. Ltd. (“Global Critique Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in our panel, websites, mobile applications, surveys, or reward programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to comply with them

  • You are legally eligible to participate

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. About the Panel

Global Critique Panel provides opportunities to participate in:

  • Online and mobile surveys

  • Market research studies

  • Product testing

  • Focus groups and interviews

Participation is voluntary and for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 17 years or older

  • Only one account per person is permitted

  • Minors may participate only with verified parental consent

  • Employees of Global Critique Service and their immediate family members are not eligible for rewards

4. Registration & Account Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Be responsible for all activity on your account

Global Critique Service is not responsible for unauthorized account use.

5. Participation Rules

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation

  • Speed through or manipulate surveys

  • Attempt fraudulent reward redemption

  • Interfere with platform security or operations

Violation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Confidential & Restricted Content

Some surveys may include confidential or proprietary information.
You agree:

  • Not to disclose, copy, or distribute such content

  • To use it only for the intended research purpose

All intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit text, images, audio, or video:

  • You confirm you own the rights to that content

  • It must not include third-party or copyrighted material

  • You grant Global Critique Service a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for research and reporting

No compensation is provided for submitted content beyond stated incentives.

8. Rewards & Incentives

  • Rewards may include points, gift cards, prepaid cards, or donations

  • Points have no cash value until redeemed

  • Points expire 12 months after being credited

  • Minimum redemption threshold may apply

  • Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

Global Critique Service may modify or discontinue rewards at any time.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to rewards.
We may report earnings to tax authorities where required by law.

10. Profile Updates

You agree to:

  • Keep your profile accurate

  • Review and update it at least once every 6 months

Inactive accounts may be deactivated.

11. Opt-Out & Termination

You may opt out at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link

  • Contacting panel support

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inactivity, or operational reasons.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Error-free operation

Participation is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Critique Service shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, rewards, or earnings

  • Technical interruptions

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Critique Service from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • False or unlawful submissions

16. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

U.S. Residents Only:
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not class actions or jury trials, except where prohibited by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
